안녕하세요~ 예전에 학교에서 스터디 진행하면서 재밌게 잘 했었는데요~

취업 후 부서에서 영어를 쓸 일이 너무 없어서 자꾸 까먹게 되는 것 같아 졸업생 신분이지만 스터디 모집글 올려봅니다..

학번, 나이, 학과, 재학/졸업 여부 전혀 상관이 없습니다~ XD

일주일에 1회 진행되며 토요일 (평일은 야근의 변수가...ㅠ 죄송합니다) 오전시간대로 진행하고자 합니다 (아직 픽스되지 않은 사항입니다)

장소는 역시 픽스되지 않았습니다만 저는 회사가 수원에 집은 평촌이라 서울 한강 이북으로 올라갈 일이 없습니다 ㅠ

그리하여.... 사당~이수 혹은 강남역 정도에서 스터디 진행하고자 합니다.(현재 염두에 두고 있는 곳은 사당역 파스쿠찌 미팅룸입니다. 문을 닫을 수 있는 구조라 방음이 되어 스터디에 좋겠더군요!) 교통은 모두 편리한 곳들이니 멀지 않으시다면 오시는 것이

까다롭지는 않을 것입니다. 스터디는 2시간 정도로 진행되며 하기와 같은 구성으로 진행될 예정입니다.

1. Warm-up: 한 주간 어떻게 지냈는지 안부도 묻고 입 좀 푸는 세션입니다.
2. Discussion : 1~2개의 토픽을 선정해서 읽기자료를 사전 업로드하고 이에 대해 30~1시간씩 이야기 해보는 세션입니다
3. Debate: 자유롭게 이야기하는 discussion과는 달리 Pros&cons를 정해서 일정한 토론양식에 의해 진행되는 세션입니다.
4. Presentation: 한달에 한번 정도 자유 주제로 1명씩 돌아가며 자유로운 발표 자료를 준비해와서 모두에게 프리젠테이션하고 그에 대해 이야기 해보는 세션입니다.


위 세션들은 멤버들과 이야기해서 조율이 얼마든지 가능합니다 :)

Greetings! I'm KU graduate working in Korean company looking for new members for my study group.

Do you want to meet various friends in Korea without having communication troubles?

Do you want to enhance or not to lose your English ability while you stay in Korea?

Do you want to know the life and opinions of company worker in Korea? XD

If you answered yes to any of questions above, here you can capture that opportunity simply  by joining my English debate club.

This Group study is presented by ME ;) willing to exchange various opinions with others in English.

Meeting place is not fixed yet but it would be around Gangnam or Sadang area with high possibility. Either Gangnam or Sadang is easy to access by public transportation so don't worry if you are not familiar with Seoul area.

There will be 3-4 sessions for each meeting and total duration will be about 2 hours.

1. warm up(30min): having small talk while waiting the lates. XD
2. discussion(30-60min): having free discussion on the topic given previous week (topic selection will be assigned either randomly or in a series) Topic will vary from gossip issue to social/economic issues.
3. debate(30-60min): having pros and cons debate on various issues.
4. presentation(30min): having free topic presentation prepared by members (randomnly or volunteerly) and discussions.

We happily welcome you regardless of your mother tongue, nationality, age, sex or major if you can speak English with no diffuculties.

All you need is your enthusiasm to meet opinions from us!
