The concept of this hotel was pioneered by Bruce Jones, President of Submarines Inc, who spent most of his life building and designing submarines. The hotel will be 12 meters underwater and will have 22 51 square meter rooms. Also, a private jet will be available to take passengers from the airport straight to the hotel.

The Waterworld Hotel, designed by the Atkins, will be based on one natural element, water. Aside from a 400 room capacity, the hotel will also have public areas that will be underwater. Also it will have its own luxurious private pool and will cater to extreme sports such as bungee jumping and climbing.

This hotel will have a normal floor feature, but will spiral down from top to bottom. This unique structure will have a temperature that will be regulated by an indoor waterfall and will use solar energy to power its facilities. It will cater to 208 rooms and will have a rooftop swimming pool.

Conceptualized by Igor Pasternak, this 400 ton flying hotel will have a speed of 280 kph. To minimize thrusting noise, the propellers will be electric and will have a helicopter take – off and landing feature. Flying 2800 meters above the ground, this hotel will be catering to 250 passengers and will also feature a Casino and several restaurants.
